Hours Late is not a law firm and not a claims company. It does not file claims for you. The results are estimates from published rules and the details you enter. They are not legal advice. Airlines and courts decide each case.
Accuracy
We read the rules from official sources and date each page. Laws, amounts and fees change. Confirm the details with the airline, the national enforcement body or a lawyer before you act.
No claims service
Hours Late does not file or handle claims. When you use a claims company, your agreement is with that company and its terms apply.
Other sites
Claims company and airline sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the site.

Dutch law governs these terms.
